Drafting of customized tours for individuals and groups - Erga Tourism plans and follows the realization of tours in different destinations in Italy, especially in Sicily, Calabria, Puglia, Sardinia and Umbria. The editorial staff manages and prepares customized proposals that connect guests - individuals or groups, private or not - with the chosen destination. Dialogue with clients is the focal point of the editorial staff's work, because it defines the identity and outlines the needs of guests, factors that are useful in the design and development of the project in its complexity.

DESIGN PATH

1. Personal dialogue with the client to define desires, imagery and fascinations with respect to travel and destination.

2. Based on the destination, choice and personal relationship with the best accommodation facilities, realities and local services similar to our modus operandi.

3. Care to detail in the elaboration of the tour both in terms of logistics and content.

4. Continuous relationship with the guest for the duration of the tour - we use the TuoConcierge app that facilitates the management of information and the relationship with the customer..

5. Sending advice on the visited area and suggestions on the route throughout the guests' stay.

SCHOOL TOURISM

Erga Tourism is committed to the drafting, planning and management of tours designed specifically for school tourism. Distinguishing itself from the classic canons, it proposes educational alternatives that want to relate young people with the territory, offering solutions that focus on interdisciplinary learning according to an informal methodology of teaching and learning.

The main focus of the project is to give young people a new look at the culture, landscape and taste of Italy. For this reason, at the heart of every proposal there is a careful look at the involvement of children, so that they can enjoy firsthand the beauty of the territory.

DESIGN PATH

Themed guided tours — Guided itineraries that follow an identified and characterizing theme of the destination. 

Group activities — Team activities where students can experience the dynamics of relationships within a team outside the school context.

Culture Workshops — Workshops in which the focus is given to the cultural aspect, in terms of artistic history aimed at getting to know the destination in a dynamic, interactive and engaging way.

Experience Workshops Workshops in which students are asked to become protagonists through a practical involvement that places them as an operational subject within the laboratory.

Dialogue workshops and meetings – Opportunity to meet with local residents, master craftsmen or local actors for the construction of moments of storytelling, dialogue and judgment that want to focus the attention on the importance of territoriality.

BOOKING TAILOR MADE

Erga Tourism offers a personalized booking service, which includes the management of booking accommodation or location, entrance tickets and guided tours, excursions or tours in the chosen destination. Elaborating the offer, the editorial staff does not simply offer standardized solutions starting from pre-established conventions with suppliers, but, on the contrary, it starts from the desire of the individual customer to offer a tailor made.
