Erga Tourism offers a transfer service in the operating locations that allows the guest to reach every destination, individually or collectively and from/to any airport, port or railway station. The collaborators and suppliers of the vehicles involved are selected on the basis of the efficiency and availability of the service, the quality of the vehicles and the high flexibility in the management of reservations.

Erga Tourism is involved as a territorial presence to build relationships with suppliers, a personal knowledge that is transformed into the drafting and subsequent adoption of high standards, contracted and shared by the overall network of realities involved. Accompanying and leveling out all services in the various locations, it aligns from the operational point of view the quality standards for the provision of a service of excellence, through constant meetings and continuous exchanges with suppliers. Erga Tourism promotes the training and constant updating of assistants with respect to the protocols and policies adopted, subsequently verifying their correct execution.

MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY AND FUNCTIONALITY

The operational team uses a single management system that is always up-to-date and allows to instantly check availability and reservations, facilitating processes and dialogue with customers and suppliers. In addition to the active desks in the accommodation facilities, the customer has the possibility to request a transfer also through a specific online booking form (useful up to 24 h before sending the request), thanks to which it is possible to receive and provide the information and data useful for the provision and billing of the requested transfer service. The managers of the transfer department are in charge of managing the flow of reservations: thanks to contacts with all the different regional suppliers, they monitor daily the operational work both online and offline with respect to arrivals and departures, facilitating collaboration with partners.

ATTENTION AND RESPECT FOR PROTOCOLS

As with all services offered by Erga Tourism, special attention is paid to the actions and arrangements to be adopted in compliance with health protection and sustainability protocols - such as cleaning and sanitizing vehicles, Euro VI cars with low environmental impact and use of recyclable and/or compostable materials.
